Who We Are
Capitaline Advisors serves accredited investors, providing visionary and focused investment opportunities in farmland, agribusiness, renewable energy, financial services and mitigation banking. Since 2004, Capitaline Advisors has launched nine successful funds, and currently manages over $125 Million.
In 2022, Capitaline Advisors launched Capitaline Ecological Restoration I, LP and later Capitaline Ecological Partners (“CEP”) was established to manage and oversee all mitigation banking and ecological restoration investments. CEP currently oversees two funds and over a dozen ecological restoration projects across the United States on behalf of their investors.
What We Do
CEP invests and manages mitigation banking projects that deliver an attractive total return to our investors. Our team, with our operational partners, acquire land, or rights to land that is restored to its natural state by implementing a wetland or stream restoration project. In the case of a mitigation bank, that project is then allowed to sell a mitigation credit to developers, utility companies and government agencies that impact Waters of the United States and have a permitting obligation.
Our goal is to provide compelling returns to our investors, while benefiting the environment in a positive and meaningful way.
